Ken Emura was born in Australia at Sydney.

He first came to Japan at the age of 2.

From the age of 6 to 11 , he spent his boyhood days in New York at Bronx Riverdale.

Those days, he heard and watched the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Jackson 5 and all those stuff on records, radio and T.V.

When he was 16, he began to play the guitar and started his first band as guitarist.

But at the age of 23, he started singing by himself as a singer song writer he is now.
